Notes about this USLI quote:
- Policy is Agency Bill and USLI does not offer pay plans. This means our office will bill your agency for policy payment. Our invoice will be NET, meaning you keep your commission when paying in full.
- Should you wish to bind coverage: Please fax or e-mail attach the signed quote to my office indicating requested effective date on or before the required effective date, (our carriers do not backdate coverage). Your agency's signature on quote is acceptable to bind pending insured's signature on applications. A minimum 30% deposit would be required to bind, (your agency check payable to JJ Farber-Lottman). Deposit check must be received in our office within 7 Business Days or our bind request to carrier may be withdrawn.
- The balance will be due within approximately 45-60 days from effective date of binding.
- You may finance the premium through a financing company of your or insured's choosing.
- If indicated on quote , be sure to include Taxes or Surcharges to the quoted premium along with the POLICY FEE
- Be sure all "Prior To Bind" items indicated on quote, if any, are fully addressed.
